Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Just reach out to our support team with your order number. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We offer a 7-day return policy on most products. If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

Warranty availability depends on the product. Items with warranties will have the warranty duration and coverage clearly mentioned on the product page. For electronics and gadgets, we usually offer either a store warranty or manufacturer warranty, depending on the product category.

Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days depending on your location in Pakistan. Major cities may receive deliveries sooner. During sales or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

To request a return, simply contact our support team via WhatsApp, Email, or our Contact Us page. Share your order number, the reason for return, and any photo/video evidence if needed. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order on our courier partner’s website or through our Order Tracking Page (Track Your Order). If you don't receive the tracking ID within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

We take great care in packaging and shipping products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our return policy.
